NCRTD Maintenance Facility

• New office and maintenance facility for the NCRTD Transit System in Northern New Mexico. 
• Contract $ 800k

New Mexico Department of Public Safety Forensic Laboratory 

• A 44,000 sq ft forensic laboratory to support the New Mexico criminal justice system. The $4.2 Million dollar mechanical and plumbing scope included large air handlers, chillers, laboratory gas and fume hood systems.
