New Mexico Department of Public Safety Forensic Laboratory
- A 44,000 sq ft forensic laboratory to support the New Mexico criminal justice system. The $4.2 Million dollar mechanical and plumbing scope included large air handlers, chillers, laboratory gas and fume hood systems.
University of New Mexico ROTC Education Complex
- This project transformed an existing sorority house, into a four story 20,600 sq ft building consisting of classrooms, offices, and conference rooms for the on-campus ROTC program. The $1.6 million dollar mechanical and plumbing contract was a complete gut of the existing systems, to a new variable air volume HVAC system, with modern restrooms on each floor.
University of New Mexico Hospitals- Behavioral Health Crisis Center
- A 48,699 sq ft tailored for the UNM Psychiatrics Center's on going mission of providing Behavorial health to the community. Our contract of $3.1 million entails providing a mechanical and plumbing system for the (3) unique care levels in the facility, including triage, in-patient/outpatient, and a "living room" model.
